IKPM is a global entity specialising in international strategy, diplomatic protocol and support to institutions and private companies. We focus on market analysis, international relationship building, event organisation and fundraising. Our activities combine strategic consultancy, cross-cultural expertise and professional services for foreign investors. We create a collaborative space where business, diplomacy and the public sector come together to pursue common goals.
IKPM was created in cooperation with experts with decades of experience and currently operates in over a dozen countries around the world, with offices in Warsaw, Krakow, Milan and Istanbul and representatives in 15 cities in Europe, Asia and North America.

President of the Board - Jerzy Nowak
Jerzy Nowak is a political scientist, diplomat and advisor with international experience. He graduated from Bocconi University in Italy and KU Leuven in Belgium. Early in his career he was active at the interface of diplomacy, business and strategic analysis.
While working at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he served as Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Poland to the United Nations in Rome. He co-ordinated Polish activities at the FAO, WFP and IFAD, and was responsible for diplomatic protocol issues during international events, including the European Games.
He managed a Polish think tank conducting research in over a dozen countries on five continents. As part of this activity, he organised events at international and parliamentary forums, including the Sejm and Senate of Poland.
He has advised companies and institutions operating in Western and Central Europe, Scandinavia and the Mediterranean basin. He has supported companies in a variety of sectors from construction and industry to the food, textile and education sectors.

His research interests focus on economic diplomacy, international politics and the expansion strategies of companies in foreign markets. He is also involved in the analysis of decision-making processes in international organisations, the mechanisms of public policy-making and the relationship between the private sector and public administration.
He used the experience he gained to create IKPM, an institute that conducts research, organises expert events and provides strategic consultancy to support organisations to operate successfully in international markets.
Vice-president of the Board - Aleksandra Nowak
Aleksandra Nowak is an Italian philologist and orientalist (specialisation in turkology), a graduate of the Jagiellonian University. She also studied intellectual property law, which stemmed from her research interests in the protection of intangible assets and legal aspects of innovation.
She analyses economic and cultural relations in the Mediterranean area, with a particular focus on trade contacts between Europe and the countries of the Middle East and Maghreb. Her linguistic expertise and interdisciplinary approach allow her to combine linguistic, legal and business perspectives in advising companies and institutions.
At IKPM, she coordinates the translation department, ensuring the highest quality of specialist and business translations. She also supports projects related to international company expansion, market analysis and intellectual property protection in the context of cross-border business operations.
